Returns & Exchanges

At Little and Fern, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full store credit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card via email within 5 business days for you to use on your next find.
